STEP 1

If you are a registered user then you can follow the below mentioned process to initiate a return.

A. FOR INITIATING THE RETURN REQUEST

Login to your account, select the product you wish to return from My Orders and select the
appropriate reason for returning.

B. PICK UP DETAILS

After placing the request for return, one of our representatives will call you within 48 hours to
confirm the date of pickup.

C. ACTUAL PICK UP DAY

Give back the product to our representative.

If you are not a registered user, but a guest user who wants to initiate a return request then fill this form.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tempting Home follows easy returns and gives an easy way to both registered and guest users to initiate a return request which you can place within 7 days of delivery of the product. Below mentioned are the reasons for which you can raise a return request if the product is:

1. Damaged
2. Defective on arrival
3. Manufacturing defect
4. Expired Product
5. Incorrect Product

Tempting Home provides easy return policy and the time frame for return starts from the date of receipt of the product which is confirmed by our logistics team and courier partners. The refund amount will be the same amount you paid for the product, but on a few items, the brand’s warranty may supersede Tempting Home’s returns and refund policies.

OTHER ESSENTIAL POINTS ON RETURN & REFUNDS

Doorstep pick up service is provided only if we have reverse pick up the facility to that location else we request you to kindly ship the product to us. Also, please note that customized orders cannot be returned. Once we receive the returned items, the refund process is initiated by us within 48 hours and the refund will credit into your account between 7 to 10 working days depending upon the mode of payment you used either banks or payment gateways.

POLICY NOTE

We take precaution to make the customer feel satisfied and thus we make the returns convenient and pick the items for return absolutely free. We also want the customers to cooperate us in this endeavor by not damaging the product and if returning then kindly return it in the same condition as it was received.
